As a hardened old conjurer, I own my share of books. Barrage is excellent. All 8 effects are wonderful and different from each other. These are real world workers. And in true John Bannon fashion, basic sleight of hand and subtlety are favored over complicated moves. Very happy with my purchase. The only ding I'd give Barrage is a lack of proper editing. By no means a big deal but hense the 4 stars. Grab this book because it will no doubt sell out soon.
