I think this is a DVD that will get mediocre reviews initially, and positive reviews in the long run. No effects are taught and the teaching is rather bland. I mean, Mr. Wakeman is merely covering many different versions of the pass. The brief historical background, along with Wakeman's Marlo anecdotes are useful, and will be appreciated in time.

Wakeman is a strong opponent of the classic pass, and this work reflects that view (look into Marlo's combo pass, explained herein, for an excellent variation on the classic pass).

Here you get a very good mix of this important utility move. There is no substitute for the pass. One criticism is the top-card cover pass. Other, better variations could have been taught. Otherwise this is a fine mix.
