I have to give it to Mr Jesse Feinberg! What a clever guy! I would think he really spent a lot of
time figuring this one out. Usually when I buy an illusion, as soon as I get it out of the box, I
think "that is so simple, why didn't I think of that?" When I opened this up and took a look at it,
I thought "How in the world did that guy think of this?" It is quite clever. I think this is
something that could be incorporated into a really phenomenal cut and restored routine. I can work
on that. Thank you Jesse for doing a whole lot of "figurin' out" for us. This is well worth the
entry fee. Thanks.

This effect has gotten some bad reviews. That's unfortunate, because with a little creativity, this
is awesome! I understand that the routine presented is not great and there are risks, but the
method is so clever, and can be a real gem with a bit of creativity. And, the premise is great food
for creativity (I received this very odd letter..) but, it doesn't lend itself to a playing card.
However, now that I know the method, that obviously Jesse put a lot of thought into, I can apply it
to something powerful. Hey, I'm a giver, so here it goes: A message written on a card (blank small
index card) that was torn, but mailed to me by my friend before he mysteriously dissapeared... I
just can't figure it out! The last thing my friend told me was I needed to turn out the lights and
have someone hold a candle to allow the spirits to guide the message. In my presentation, only
after the pieces are restored is the message clear. The participants are blown away by the message!
For those giving this a poor review, you are missing a phenomenal method that is well worth the
price. I present it in either a room where the lights can be turned down or out or a dimly lit room
and the method has never been revealed. But, even if it is revealed, the message itself can be a
very powerful piece of the routine. I'll leave it up to you to come up with a really clever effect
that requires a revelation (hint: Perhaps you can learn something about somebody they don't know
that you know and then the revelation could reveal that about the person responsible for your
friends disappearance... ) I know I've just given away a gem of an idea, but, hey, I'm a giver. I
was happy to spend the bucks on this for the clever method that Jesse has made available. Thanks,
Jesse.

As a child I was taught, "If you can't say something nice, keep your mouth shut."
Some will
like the effect, but angles, repeatabillity, flash in outdoors..this is not for me. Sorry, to say I
used Penguin return privilege to send back. Thanks Penguin But PENGUIN still has most usable
MAGIC Aavailable..And is 1st to supply us magicians.

First off I should really appreciate Jesse's creative mind! The effect looks good. But as I read in
the other reviews....they are right, Its not exactly practical and also the performance video has
been edited slightly. Loading and operating the gimmick is a little pain. Hopefully the gimmick
won't show up in dim light. I hope I could do it in the restaurant at night time. Fingers crossed.

This is one of those tricks that had potential. Unfortunately the finished product falls very short.
The handling is awkward, and the gimmick is very easy to spot, due to the position of it. The "load"
is almost impossible, and is completely glossed over in the instructional DVD. The DVD spends a lot
of time on inconsequential things like writing on the envelope, but almost no time on the actual
trick. I practiced this for ages, showed it to a few friends, and am now sending it back to Penguin,
post haste. Not recommended.

Not sure why so many complain about effects that take some work. Try doing something really hard,
like Egg, Lemon, Orange, Canary effect. Once you figure out how incredibly difficult this trick is,
you might start appreciating these other effect.
This is a good effect, it just takes
practice. To the other who constantly complain about things being ackward or to difficult, I will
give you a little advice. Stay off your cell phone (facebook, texting) and learn to practice. If
your not willing to put the time in to practice to get good at something.... maybe you should try
"Stamp Collecting" instead.

This trick is a total waste of money. The handling is awkward, angle is not that good, the gimmick
is fragile. Mine failed to work and broke at the very same night I opened the package.
DVD
does not give you many ideas on presenting this trick. If you really want to do this trick, you need
to create your own good presentation/story, otherwise the whole trick just look stupid.
Last thing, it is way too pricey for what it is offering.

After seeing explanation,I was totally disappointed.
Looks great on demonstration. But I don't
think it would fly by on real world.
Also the author did not show a full demonstration for real
audience in the instruction video, only edited demonstration as seen on advertisement.
I think
the gimmick is too obvious and can not stand close up view. It will flash under sunlight and also
there is little noise that can be heard which could give away the method.

I gave it a 3 because you have to watch your angles. I also do
not like the presentation of
this trick. I am going to come up with a better way than the way its presented on the dvd. Don't
get me wrong,it's a great trick but the way is done on the video you could see some faults which
I am not going to give away. Also, I think the price is a little to high for this trick. Get it and
tell me if I'm wrong.

This is one of the failed effects of 2012....for more reasons than I care to put to pen...just read
all the reviews already posted.
