Michael Ammar is, in my opinion, one of the best magic teachers in existence. His teaching style is
calm, clear, and nicely paced. The attitude he presents, along with his obvious love for magic,
makes these DVDs all the more valuable. Each DVD has a spectrum of effects that range from fairly
easy to fairly difficult, in terms of the skills required. If you are looking for high quality card
magic performances and instructionals, look no further.

I pretty much gave my review of the entire series under EASY TO MASTER CARD MIRACLES 1, and I
suggest you have a look at it. All nine volumes are equally great. I will add that the series is a
must have for every magician, unless you don't use cards at all.
One more thing I'd add is
that no gaffs are used, like double facers, double backers, blanks,etc...The only exceptions are the
bonus effects, and you're provided with any gaffs you might need in those routines. Now that I think
of it, it would have been nice to have one volume dedicated to tricks with gaffed cards. I think
it's an area of magic that has been highly overlooked recently.
In any case, get the
series. I 100% guarantee you won't be disappointed.

The material on the card miracles dvds is extremely commercial, mind blowing stuff. DVD #2 is no
exception. Twisting the Aces and its perfect complement Dr. Daley's Last trick. Both of these tricks
slay audiences. Both are on this DVD. Also included is Card Warp. This is the card trick that made
me a lover of card magic. It is incredible. If you are looking for simplicity in execution with a
lot of impact, then go no further than this DVD. But you really should own them all they are that
good.

When I first got interested in magic 20 years ago, these tapes (that's what they were back then)
were what helped me. Even now, I still perform a few of the tricks from the series. The only
downside to most of the tricks on here are that they require some form of setup.
This one
does include two must-have tricks though. A very rudimentary version of Ambitious Card is taught
here, and if you don't already have this in your arsenal, you have a great starting point. The
biggest selling point on this volume is "MacDonald's Aces". Again, this is taught in a very basic
form, but the effect itself is a lot like cups and balls in that the individual magician can cater
most of the effect to their own performance style. Michael gives you a great starting point for both
effects here, making it well worth the price of the DVD.
If you are considering card magic,
start with these.

This was the first Magic VIDEO (VHS) that I ever watched. Wow. Michael Ammar is a great teacher,
and selects very strong magic that you can use to perform in a real show. The material on this DVD
changed my life, literally. I love it!

Definitely a must have DVD. I can't believe how many tricks I got just on this DVD alone to add on
my repertiore. Another proof of why Michael Ammar is given the glory he deserves.
