These silks are good quality and are great for productions and disappearances. I needed this for the appearing cane and it is great. I bought these in Red, White, and blue.

I ordered Rope to Silk and immediately realized I needed to request a "white rope" (the video showed the rope as white). So, I went on line with someone named Steve who said he'd make a note of my request. Then I reviewed the packing of the box and noticed the package exhibited a yellow rope. I then called and spoke to Eric who said "it was NO PROBLEM". When my package arrived I discovered that NO ONE was willing to help me so I called and complained. I was told that I was entitled to a full refund. The rope I bought fell apart in my hands and I can't return it. Just thought I'd share this sorry story with you. I buy my stuff from you guys and this is the first time I have had the impression I was being put-on and no one really gave a shit. Oh, the price wasn't very much and I resent the way I was treated far more than the money. Next time . . . (If there is a next time)
