I don't think it was the product that was necessarily bad, but more the advertising. They advertise
this to be a KILLER new cutlery bend, but honestly, the bend wasn't that great and that put more of
an emphasis on the other two routines presented here.
I honestly didn't really like any of
them; none of the routines on here are THAT original or THAT amazing... I can't really say I
recommend this DVD for what is on it, and if you want to learn metal bending, go with something good
like Liquid Metal or WGM: Metal Bending.
Not worth the money, not recommended.

If he went any faster in his instruction he would approach light speed. Also, he must be bending
very light weight spoons because I'm having relatively no luck with it.

The rubber band link is the only good trick. This DVD is certainly not worth $30, but I got it in
the open box for $2 so it was worth it.

I bought this DVD a few years ago and I must say...I have never liked it. Let's review the effects:
Holy Grail-(which is available as a download here) is probably the only thing I sort of liked on the
DVD. It's a three coin appearance and vanish. The moves are very weird and the last vanish is just
completely weird. Rubber band link (I can't remember the name now)- Two rubber bands link together.
Meh. Now that I think about it, it's not half bad. Mind Bender- This was the main thing I got the
DVD for. I figured it out by watching the performance only once. The spoon needs to be somewhat
flexible. Just go and get the Holy Grail download instead of this DVD.

This spoon bending is great, I use it nearly every day, probably bending 90+ forks a month. Yes, I
prefer forks. Pair this with Liquid Metal and you have a 4+ minute, jaw dropping routine. (BTW, I
buy forks at SAM'S Club 36 for around ).
Yes, this is easy to do with thinner spoons/forks,
as is ALL bending. It does take a little practice distracting people and you may need to build up a
little muscle - but it is a wonderful bend. Anyone that says different obviously doesn't understand
metal bending very well.
All spoons can be bent, but some really heavy duty ones take a bit
more distraction, and you may have to use your thigh, and still not be able to get the same amount
of bend. Remember, for your audience, dramatic bends say "trick spoons - not real magic". Slight
bends say real "MAGIC". The nice thing about Chad's is that it gives the ILLUSION of bending right
in front of their eyes, when the real work is done later (or earlier, if you prefer).

i hate this guy's style of teaching. he goes lightning fast and it is impossible to follow, he never
goes over things too, this dvd sucks!, don't get it even if its free!!

The spoon bend is an ingenious technique. Excpet for the fact that he must be using some really thin
spoons because i cannot do it with most spoons i see.
The holy grail is a really good coin
trick which is what i think makes the DvD.
The rubberband link isn't really that useful.
That trick is something you would do to a little kid.
in the end i thought it was an okay
DvD for the money ( even though i got it as a bonus :) )
The secret to the spoon bending is great, but the teaching
was pretty fast and did not give you
much time to make a mistake. If you are looking for a simple spoon bend, than this is perfect for you!
This trick is just okay, the optical bend and the holy grail can produce big results if done well,
but he goes too fast on explaining the master link and holy grail, and he doesn't leave time for
error. I am 13 and can do the optical bend perfectly, but some parts of the holy grail are a little
challenging. The master link is just dull, and you get a shot of his crotch most the time. When
considering buying this trick compare them to other metal bending tricks and decide for yourself.
Personally i find this trick okay, and the result is great.
When i first watched this DVD I liked everything but the spoon bending. The coin routine and the
linking Bands is really cool. I personally dont like how the spoon bending is done. (But thats just
me) its not worth the money.
