Cool little quick trick Report this review

So this is one of those tricks with weird objects, but makes so much sense. Most of the laypeople I meet have heard of the linking rings. Some haven't, but this is a good introduction to the idea

The instructions overall are pretty good. It doesn't go into extreme detail, but it gets the point out there. But when you buy with Penguin, you get a nice little instructional video that teaches it pretty good too.

Your gimmick is of great quality. It works well, and looks realistic. Not much to hide. I have heard of Magicians accidentily swallowing it though, so watch out for that :)

It's a nice little quick trick if you can find the mints and have the 17 dollars to put into it.

A near perfect close up trick. Report this review

This could just about be one of the best close-up tricks you could ever perform. The gimmick is very well made and is very deceptive. Unfortunately it isn't examinable but with a bit of sleight of hand you can switch it and then hand out the candy for inspection.

So simple, yet so amazing. This is a great effect to open with. Hand out some mints and even take one yourself to ensure your breathe is good. Everything from the look, to the handling is so natural. This isn't one of those tricks that people will find out how it's done either. the reactions aren't over the top, however I find that it leaves people somewhat stunned and unsure what to say. The practice time is minimal. This is one of the better tricks out there. If you want to add some non card stuff to your routine, then this is it.

Awesome Amazement!!! Report this review

This is one of my favorite tricks. I did this for my girlfriend and she was blown away. This system is insanely clever and it uses a common everyday item...what's not to love? I even did this standing in the check-out line at a store and freaked out the check-out girl without saying a single word!

So, I read all of the other reviews about this trick and I dont know what any of them are talking about. These mints are not "weird, uncommon objects". They are normal and you can find them everywhere! Ive shown this trick to dozens of people and all of them knew what a lifesaver mint was. Yeah, the ones that come in the bag are bigger, but the kind you want to buy is the roll of mints. Just go to any gas station and your bound to find these in little rolls. It is ridiculously easy to perform and gets fantastic reactions! It is a great effect and it should be so much more popular than it is. Its underrated! Buy this trick when its on sale (which it is very often) and you will get guaranteed reactions! Most Highly Recommended!!!!

Not for me Report this review

I had a look at all the other reviews and i am the only one who thinks that this trick is fairly ordinary. I agree that it is a very easy trick to do but i find that the gimmick isn't undetectable. If people look carefully enough they can almost always see what has happened even if you have performed it perfectly. Overall it isn't something that I use anymore and wouldn't recommend it for anyone else to buy!!!

This is a good little trick to carry around on you, especially if you like mint lifesavers. It truly looks impossible. I gave it a 3 because I don't carry mint lifesavers and don't want to have to start. Also I was never able to find a roll of mint lifesavers in any of my local stores. Otherwise, it's any easy little miracle that can always be ready to go.

If you like doing street tricks, this trick can be effective but it can be really bad. Sometimes, people try to grab the trick out of your hands when they are linked, and stuff like that. It's a good trick to do to your family members, but over all, I would not recommend this trick. However, it is an okay trick to have for back up.

This effect freaks people out, but you have to be willing to hand out mints to everyone. Fun to do I have trouble in Canada though sometimes finding the mints, but onces you have them do it.
