DRM Protected ebook

I tried to download Scott Creasey's My Q and A video and never got it to work. Finally, Penguin gave me a refund which they said they do not normally do. But it came with a warning not to try and download any more videos with "DRM protected video" in the description.

I am interested in Scott Creasey's My Q and A ebook, but notice it is also a DRM protected ebook. Will this same thing happen? If so, why are you selling a DRM protected product that people can't download? Why not just eliminate it from your offers and save your customers the hassle?
