I will be the first one to say it. The set of photos you receive is not the same as in the trailer.
I think this is important to know, as I mainly bought the effect for the actual reveal of a little
girl playing the piano as in the trailer.
I got this effect to be a part of a bigger, spooky
show, about a little girl.
It should have been mentioned in the ad that you receive a different
set of photos.
For 99% of people, this will not be an issue, but for me, it is.
Also, I
don't live in the US, so finding the exact card stock as I received the other photos in, could be
challenging. Or, I need to find and print another 10 photos which will just add to the actual cost
of the effect.
Again, not an issue for most, but it could have been avoided altogether with one
line in the product page.
I'm probably the only one who got it for the photo and not for the
method :)
OUCH...if you write tp PENGUIN< they may offer a credit etc. NOW I know why a box of cheerios says on the front by the picture "SERVING SUGGESTION" as your bowl may not be EXACTLY like the one pictured.
I'm sure you can understand, after production, and a new run is made, things may change....who would know the buyer wanted the GIRL & PIANO specifically? but you are correct
When you take into account the fact that Dan specifically mentions the little girl in the tutu playing the piano, then I think this guy has a good point. I don't think that it's assuming too much to think that everyone gets the same set of gimmicks. Just sayin'.
I will add and want to make it clear to all, that you can choose many different photos as a reveal to make the story fit to your taste found within this stack. Great trick. It’s different from a deck of cards, and the reveal at the end has them so astonished
