love to do this with the thumb and silk
3 tricks.. At Christmas I put the thumb and a small candy cane in left hand show the silk in right hand and say " I got this from Santa you know who he is don't you? He said I could make it disappear " I insert the silk into thumb and set it on right thumb leaving candy cane in closed left hand.
I say " hold your hand out and open it" I point at the closed left hand with my right hand and say " now tap it with other hand" when they do I drop the candy cane into their hand and say" see it never works when Santa comes next year we are going to have a long talk."
I do the same thing around valentines day using a small red felt heart I get at Micheals craft stores. Halloween I use small black spider careful with that one...

Purchased 5 of the 6 inch silks. 2!had runs in them and were unusable. Suggest not buying from Penguin via mail as packers apparently do not inspect. Usually not disappointed by Penguin, but I was this time.
