Forget the naysayers and skeptics, as a matter of fact they help make the people performing this stand out from the lot that won't attempt doing it. I purchased this well over a year ago and have used it in both street and parlour performances with a success rate of 9 out of 10. First, you really need to go into this with confidence that you can perform this, and second you need to be sure your participants are either open minded to this sort of thing or more importantly not hardcore skeptics or cynics. Having crossed those two bridges, it's easy to do. I perform many pendulum based effects in my performances and have added this one. Like any effect, if you don't see yourself doing this or don't want to take the time to practice to get comfortable with it, don't do it. This effect works for those who want to work it.
