Great idea, well made gimmick and I have never been able to use it because of the way it is
designed.
If you get slightly clammy hands or live in a humid environment, you will 100%
not be able to use this gimmick effectively (for me, not at all). It is suited to dry weather and to
people that have dry hands.
Would be good to see a design upgrade that addresses this
issue.
I feel you on that one completely. We all have different living and performing environments. As well as skin textures and moisture content lol. For this longest time I had very damp, moisture ridden hands and suffered that problem. Besides washing your hands or wiping them before u do it. I couldn't figure out how to get around it.... Because then you had to worry about your environment etc..... Anyway, I found this stuff called "octopalm" works REALLY well. In keeping it sticking firmly and properly. To allow you to write with no worry. It's like 8 bucks and penguin sells it. You only need to literally tap your thumb onto the stuff and you are good for hours... Or add a little dab into the bug writer. So you can do your normal routines and whenever you go for the writer it's already prepped and it WILL stick and stay until you want to get it off... But experiment with how much or how little u need to make not work for you... I've personally found out that less is more with that stuff.... I'm going to try and leave a link to the octopalm here on the penguin website.... https://www.penguinmagic.com/p/4674?gclid=CjwKCAjw5pShBhB_EiwAvmnNV5RQmR2H6LIg3wHi3Pok-m-DXoVCwmW1-FR6NIpiV8rhoVt5oXntTxoCJxYQAvD_BwE
There it is. Good luck!!
What's great is when applied with the less is more mentality... it leaves no residue or anything. Especially when u leave it applied to the inside of the bug writer apparatus...anyway, hope this helps!
