Love the tarbell series.im not a magician.just an amateur.things are hard to understand at times.
Like a 1 handed knot. Being tied. Not sure if he mentioned how to.or if it's something we should all know. But i don't. And well maybe the tarbell series isn't for me .
I get cards. I understand alot of those movrs. But this series may be for advanced magicians.
I do love the series.i spent 100$ on alot of harlan downloads. And this one had some great stuff in it. I have trouble with words and reading.so i tend to stick to videos. I have over 100 vhs tapes from year's ago. Now my son wants to get into magic and for his age.i gotta say he is truly good. He takes it serious.he took the oath of a magician.he nvr gives away a secret. And for a small child.its all you see on youtube.is kids grabbing dad's effects and giving away the damn method ! That's not magic.im sorry.so i sat him down.and said.if you wanna do this.you do it right.you take the magicians oath and nvr give away any secrets. You always keep what you learned to yourself and practice everyday. And he does. The kid created his own ambitious card routine. And a routine with a jumping frog made from a flash paper dollar bill. Which i gotta say.it fooled me ! And i been doing this for 30 + year's. Maybe oneday he will be the next dan harlan.or Michael ammar.
But back to the tarbell series. I gotta say.i really do like all the effects. And give it a thumbs up !
