Anonymous, you surely know these ratings are to evaluate the PRODUCT, and NOT the seller, the delivery service or other extraneous entity. Your review mentions nothing about the trick itself - the quality of the gimmick, ease of performance, angle sensitivity, audience impact - you know, metrics that would help people decide if they want to buy it, making your “review” worthless. In addition, your one star rating for the seller is unfairly factored into the overall rating for the trick, which does a major disservice to the creator and the trick itself, as in this case, dragging a 5 rating (excellent) down to a 3 (mediocre).
BTW, I've purchased more magic from Penguin than I would care to admit and I've never had a problem with them; even on those very few times I had to contact Customer service, they were very accommodating. Which makes me think that YOU never did the first logical thing to resolve the problem - contact them about it, did you?
I'm giving your “review” 1 star.
