SpeedBands technique is great and I like Tom Wrigh's ideas 5 stars for the idea however the I.E.T provided is very poor quality and will break easlly 0 stars for the IET. I recommend throwing it in the trash and just buying Mesika or Steve Fearson IET which both are amazing.
