Dan Harlan presents a full professional magic show that can be presented to practically any audience. It’s a great general show that can be customized to your own style.. After the show, Dan goes over his briefcase, how to plan a show format, and advice for placing used goods/props. After that then he goes over each effect with explanations that is thorough enough to catch on. The show is very customizable with its show planning style. It’s easy and advisable to replace any effects shown with magic that you already have.

With that said, because it is an all purpose show, there is a lot of magic props utilized making it a steep entry for beginners price wise. If you’re buying the DVD version or download, you might as well include these props to your cart so you can get going practicing the show. Some effects require DYI. Of course you can save by replacing some effects with your own.
Some versatile props for the show:
Suitcase (Not for a trick but storage)
Metal appearing cane (plus some DYI for themed effect)
Multiplying balls (golf ball style were used for theme)
8 ring linking ring set (I think 6 was used)
Rope
Jumbo cards (duplicate cards are needed)

Other props are best explained in the video if the effects fit your style.

I felt the download was worth the price. It’s great seeing how a pro structures a show and his rationale. There’s a lot of cool ideas as well. Starcle boosts the value of this bideo! I love the idea of packing a show in a single suitcase. Once everything is set up in the case, the show can be set up very quickly. His show planning is a good base for me too.
