Great gimmick, but I have a pacemaker on my upper left side where most breast pockets are located.
It only says on the video instructions after purchase not to use the magnets on it if you have a
pacemaker. This info should have been clearly posted on the trailer info as a warning before
purchase.
I have a defibrillator implant and ran into the same issue.
If you aren't familiar with the original Switch-a-roo, you CAN use it with a pacemaker.
I'm not a cardiac doctor (and this isn't medical advice so if you follow it, you're on your own) but the magnet warning is left over from when pacers had reed switches in them. If the magnetic field is less than 5 gauss even the old style wouldn't be affected. There are Gauss Meter apps (e.g., My Magnetic Instrument) and also charts at K&J Magnetics which help to calculate the field strength of various size rare earth magnets.
