The picture doesn't do this box any justice in my opinion. I received a much nicer looking box that is very aesthetically pleasing. I have read multiple reviews where people were unable to locate the trap until reading the instructions which is a very deceptive plus.

I can't get it open
At all..lol...tried pushing in at top. Left side does not swivel. I have knocked on it
At wits end...can you offer any help?
