The magic mind device doesn’t recognize when there’s anything on it. I thought maybe mine was defective, so I decided to reach out to bacon magic and they sent a replacement. Their customer service was really good, but unfortunately the replacement has the same issue. It doesn’t recognize when ANY cards are placed on it. The instructions that come with it are printed, as well as an online video that has English subs. The instructions cover operating the device, but not what to do if it isn’t working correctly. No routines are taught and there are no live performances. I’m going to ask for a refund from penguinmagic, because a defect like that is more than a coincidence. I can’t recommend anyone buy this, seems like they have some bugs to work out.
