The one ahead principle is explained in a series of videos by Pigcake. Some subtleties are explained for billets and cards. The last video is a 1 hour interview with Peter Turner. The videos are shot with one camera. The productions costs can ´t be very high.
These are more examples, what you can do with the one ahead, no fullblown routines. It is a beginners guide. I found the suggested example not convincing unless you put it in a well refined and thoughtful routine. As standalone effects, …. mmh.

I do not complain that I learned nothing new, but sorry, 30 EUR is definitely overpriced.
