Magic Tricks

I ordered these about two weeks ago. When first opening them up, I was extremly excited to start using them. However, one of the D'lites came broken. Imagine my dissapointment. However, I called Penguin the same day, and they immediatly helped me, and sent a new pair. SO, I wait another week or so, and they come again. I open up the box, and yet another one of the D'lites were broken. So, yet again, I called Penguin. Being quick to respond, they told me to keep the two good ones, and I could send the others back, no charge to me. I love this product, but I didn't like how they came broke. However, I gave it four stars anyway thanks to good customer service.
