Although the production values are a bit cheap and the whole thing is dated, the effects themselves are very decent indeed. All of these effects are usable in the real world and Dean's obviously thought long and hard about how to make the most from each effect.

He teaches each effect very well and it's a pleasure to watch him perform his tricks.
