Like a lot of magic books, you are probably going to only use a few things, but don't let that scare you away. Although you probably won't use a lot of the 'tricks' in the book, you will certainly take some of the ideas. If you are a beginner, it will give you a good understanding of how magic works and you will improve as a magician. The price isn't that bad so I would recommend it.
