It seems like every effect in here has a misleading or untrue description. Devil Dice claims "no
forces are used", yet the first sentence of the method admits, "By using... (this) ploy, you
actually force the number".
Ouijan claims, "the spirits move it until finally stopping".
Actually, it's the spectator who explicitly tells you when to stop.
Libretta Minutia claims
the spectator puts together the number "in any manner he wishes, (to) create a three digit number".
No, you tell the spectator exactly what he needs to do with his numbers, so that you end up forcing
the number you need.
Decipher Bars was the only effect I found at all interesting, because
it dealt with a mathematical prop I've never seen before. Unfortunately, the description seems to
contain some contradictions with the illustrations, which made it a little frustrating to follow,
but the basic premise still comes through. I'm not sure the prop will hold up to heavy scrutinity,
but I can see this being a good mathematical effect to go along with things like a magic squares
routine.
