This a great video, but I don't perform mentalism enough to want to put the effort in set up or buy the materials that some of these effects require.
I really just bought this for the metal bending. This video teaches superb methods for presenting bending with nails. If you don't yet have a method for doing this, then this is the resource to get. I won't say these effects are difficult, but a few are complex.
