If anyone has ever been interested in mentalism and metal bending or to be more precise for this book, PK effects then this is an absolute MUST buy. For the longest time I did a tremendous amount of research to find just the right book to learn psychokinesis effects to add the almost unreal, magical nature of metal bending. An effect so breathtaking and amazing where you pour a cup of water which then appears to boil, freezes to a block of ice, only to have a spectator chip away pieces of ice which can be used for any drink you'd normally put ice into (which you can drink!)
