It's not a bad little effect. However, first of all, I really didn't learn anything new. They way
I thought he did it is exactly the way he did it. Second, for what you get for the price, this
would have been better as one effect on a DVD of half a dozen good effects or more. I have some
DVDs like any from Mel Mellers or FIVE by Garcia & Eddy or any of the "World's Greatest Magic.."
series that are really worth the money because you have multiple routines. This is simply too
little for too much cost.
In my opinion you are paying for the idea, routine, how this will enhance your show, his creativity and the hours he took to perfect it. You may have figured out how he did it by watching, but you didn\'t figure out the idea of using a balloon for gypsy thread. If you can put this in your paying show and use it for a long time, you will make your money back in the first few minutes of your first performance.
