This is great book that has many methods on the a,c,a,a,n, effect. I have a adapted my a.c.a.a.n. based on a few methods found in this book. I don't use John's method exactly but this book will open you're eyes to alot of different ways to accomplish the a.c.a.a.n. effect. This is a must read to anyone who is interested in the effect. I removed one star because John's method is not going to work for everyone.
