Magic Tricks

OK, where to start?..
I was on the fence about this one for a while just because, looking at it in the demo, from a magician's point of view because I knew from watching exactly how it was done, and I was absolutely correct, I thought,.. "How could this fool anyone?"

Well, I received mine in the mail from Penguin Magic. I watched the video. I learned all the nuances, and decided to go try out the "2 phase" routine. (As it is the simplest, and best in my opinion.

I tried it on my wife first (as usual)
And she was FLOORED !!!! Begging me to tell her how I did it for hours (This is very unusual for her, as she's normally bored with my magic)

The next day I had a party for my son's bday. I went around showing family and friends throughout the night (when the moments where right) and ended up performing it 6 more times that night with equal response! These are people who know me better than anyone and have seen me do things which where unbelievable, time and time again. Yet this ONE trick with a dog-tag had them all going completely nuts!!! (I want to mention that I have been wearing a dog-tag of some sort for several years so this looks completely natural around my neck even to those that know me)

The following day I went to the corner store for some snacks and a soda, ended up hanging out there for an hour where I showed it to about 2 dozen people in the parking lot, and not once, did anyone figure out the method.

The next day, was Memorial Day in the USA, where I went to a cookout and performed it (using my own variation) about 15 more times! EACH TIME THIS EFFECT KILLS !!!

ABSOLUTELY FLOORING PEOPLE LEFT AND RIGHT!
Not for Magicians, but for lay audiences this thing is (for some reason) one of the best (and I mean loud!) reactions I've ever gotten in 25+ years of performing magic. I have no idea of the impact this has on lay-people, simply cause I could see how it was done in the demo, but I swear by this now!

Get it, practice it, and see for yourself what I'm talking about! Unleashed has in about a week, turned into my favorite go-to effects when in casual attire! It's killer, it's simple, and when they realize the dog-tag is back on the chain, thru your shirt with their finger seemingly on it the whole time, they just don't know what hit 'em, and it hits 'em like a freight train when done proper.
And,.. if that wasn't enough, you start clean (with some thought), and end clean. By the time you're showing the tag back on the chain, it's too late for anyone to backtrack and your hands are completely empty!

I've always been huge fan of Greg Wilson's work and this has gone up there with my top 5 all-time favorites in about a week of performing it!

As I said in the title, The reactions you get are priceless, especially for something so simple to do!
