Most dvds like this I get about 1 trick I can keep this one gave me about 6 or 7 that I would use. You don't get everything you need but listen it's not gimmicks that are missing it's just what you have around the house. Lets say Target Practice it only takes one more item besides rubberbands that you probably already have and only takes a minute and it's not hard to make a toddler could do it.
