I really wanted to wait for someone to review this item before I thought about purchasing this
download, but then the price dropped (Cool Box). So I went for it. Now I love matches, I probably do
more magic with matches than anything else. So this got my attention, I really just wanted to know
how the match book to card change worked. But honestly if you watch this trailer, even without the
full performance, you will figure this out. This trick isn't for me, in my mind it's kind of a
"messy" effect. Meaning there might be stuff going on that really won't make sense, but I will say
you will get "good" reactions from this effect as the spectators will be focused on the visual. You
will get the same reactions from a Here Then There routine.
Note you cannot do the change of the
match book to the mini match book he does in the video with an additional separate gimmick.
Pros:
-Easy to perform
-Visual
-Dalton Wayne gives a few variations
Cons:
-Slightly angle sensitive ; Cannot perform surrounded
-Gimmick is not conventional
-Only the mini match book is examinable
-Not very practical IMO
-Old idea of the card
