The knives are perfect, the exact shape you need for the routine. The sides are not painted, but are tranparent, with the colour underneath, so you don't have to worry about scratches. The routine is easy to learn, and personally i developed two different with the same set, one for table hopping, and one for parlour situations.For me the best set ever.
