This was purchased a while back as a gift for me excellent effect but annoyed today by finding it revealed freely by a foolish non lover of magic on you tube he has revealed other magicians created effects too such a shame for magic creators hard work to be treated this way https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5uXlJqBMB_4
How can this type of action be stopped?

Looks like the POS's account is gone! These people drive me crazy and i cannot believe that there isn't some legal recourse to hit these guys hard monetarily.

I've noticed some YouTube famous magicians doing it too with old cornerstones like "ambitious card" and "cannibal kings" while selling their own effects (those aren't tipped at all). If i was more vindictive i would go one for one with them,"you expose one of someone elses, i do one of yours".

We have to find some kind of solution to this serious problem.

One possible solution would be to utilize copyright infringement, or even patent violations. If the instruction for these various tricks is copyrighted, then the ones revealing how it is done, or technically copying, copy written material by teaching the tricks. They could technically be sued for the infringement, and the monetary compensation would be, however, much is being charged for the trick could be multiplied by there a number of views on YouTube. Since each view on YouTube would be one time of money lost, that could add up fast. What would make that even more impactful is to spread the word for other people to view this thief we’ll say. Then you have a double whammy. The video itself proves that they are distributing copy, written material over YouTube. and numbers do not lie. The number of views would prove how many people could have potentially purchased a trick, but did not because of the fraudulent video.

While this is all theory, I am sure, putting it into action would be some work, at least, as well as potentially some expenses. I am not sure of the exact details of putting such a plan into action. This would, however, potentially make other people think twice before doing this. After all, between the performances and selling the methods, for the tricks, is how some magicians pay their rent.

My apologies if some of this may seem hard to understand. Voice to text does not always spell correctly and punctuate correctly either. Not to mention in some cases they use totally the wrong word.
