So, I do ALOT of snowstorm effects and I must tell you that unfortunately, this is not the place to get them. Based on my observation this must be machine cut and there is too much plastic on the outer layer which does make it hard to perform with. I honestly hate to recommend/praise another competitor on any review, but check out SEO MAGIC for snowstorms. At the very least, penguinmagic if your reading this, buy a few of their snowstorms and see what makes them so good. There seems to be alot more paper and they spread better in the air. So, on that note, you the consumer should make the choice of whether to heed this review.
