For me, Expert has been pretty hit or miss with their decks. The Brooklyn cards they printed were great but these, not so much. They come in a nice tuck case and wrapped well, but are very stiff. Even after working them in for a while, the cards remain stiff to handle. In addition, the finish feels very plasticy. Sometimes the cards may clump a little but not too badly. Overall, they're not bad but I would only recommend these for users who enjoy stiff feeling cards.
