Not only does Kainoa teach some wonderful coin vanishes and reproductions here; he also routines
them into a killer one-coin set. Then he gives you the ideas behind the moves, the 'psychology' of
how to make these moves amazing. The ending is visual, stunning, and leaves you in the perfect
'applause cue' position! Excellent!

If you are a fan of Kainoa's "Solo" routine, this is the natural follow-up to learn. You are again
using only one coin to do the magic, and the moves aren't incredibly hard if you've been doing coin
magic for a while. Beginners may have a little trouble, but Kainoa does a great job of teaching each
move slowly.
There are angle issues to this one in one part. The only way to avoid them is
to eliminate that phase of the routine, but it shouldn't be a deal-killer. On the plus side, there's
no muscle pass needed for this one!
If you are looking for a great 90 seconds of magic you
can present that is pure eye candy for your spectator (and just as much fun for you when you perform
it), then this is the one to do.

Wow! This is just amazing! When I buy something on Penguinmagic, I like it better when I'm really
going to use it, unlike other products that are cool but that I'll never use. Here is a brief review
on each thing he will teach:
1. The basic coin vanish: This coin vanish is just amazing! It
just looks like he's putting the coin in his hand, and, well... it just vanishes! It will take some
practice to make the move invisible but overall, very good vanish. 5 STARS!!!!!!
2. The 2nd
coin vanish and appearance (when he waves his hand.): Wow. This is so smart and so simple! What I
like the most in this vanish is that it happens so fast! When I do it in the mirror, I'm even
impressed of myself! Once again, it will take some used to but I think this is an intermediate
vanish. angles are also pretty good. 4 STARS ½!!!
3.The third coin vanish ( the one when he
puts the coin in his hand and then it vanishes): This vanish quickly became one of my favorite
vanishes ever. The method is just so easy, so simple and so practical! This is a beginner vanish and
angles are, once again, very good. 5 STARS!!!!!
4.The last coin appearance (when he just
closes his hand and the coin appears): This coin appearance is easy, fast and unexpected. The move
is very invisible but also very simple. Easy to learn and to perform and once again good angles. 5
STARS!!!
Overall, this product is really amazing and also very useful. Kainoa Harbottle
explains so well and is very experimented. I totally find that this product is under priced.
BUY
THIS! NOOOOOOOOOW!

Kainoa has been one of my favorite magicians for years and its beyond exciting to see him getting
light in the public with real-world professional coin magic.
Originally I was concerned
that perhaps this was going to be a follow up to Kainoa's "SOLO: The Bachelor Coin Routine" which is
also available and I'll be learning the same moves. That isn't true, luckily! Portal stands out on
its own although some of his psychological touches are incorporated into both.
You need
this download, because EVERYONE is caught off guard without a trick handy. The reason portal works
so efficiently is because it is dead easy to get into, dead easy to get out of, and dead easy to
keep people on their toes. With a single coin and no gimmicks, this was never imaginable.
Kainoa's modern touches on coin magic take a simple prop (one coin) and make it entertaining,
bottom line. Even with advanced knowledge of Bobo's, you're going to find this download perfect for
understanding your own routines and improving them.

This routine is incredible when done properly. You really do use just one coin, much like Kainoa's
"Solo" routine. This one does have a couple of spots where angle issues could be a problem, but the
moments are minor and folks won't even notice if your moves are practiced enough. It will take work
to get this one smooth. If you put in the time for this one, you'll walk away with some incredible
vanishes that you can use in other routines as well. Kainoa really delivers a beautiful routine
here, and if you learn both this one and "Solo" you'll have some powerful magic at your fingertips
with just one coin.
This is a subtle work...and explained SO WELL..recorded so well...that any coin worker will learn
new and wonderful work.
Even the 'exposed/tutorial view' will pass on by as 'nothing to see
here'...Mr. Harbottle is slicker than silk. Coin work MUST be very subtle and 'normal/natural' in
movement to be astounding to an audience. Just natural...like all normal movement (in magic) should
be.
This particular Penguin offering has added to refined coin
work..BoBo..Dingle...Flosso..et al...would have Loved the smoothness.
IMHO>
BUY this
and put in the work...just a few hours to get it.
Pretty much modular...add your own
patter...just try this. So well thought out...great one coin routine. I feel that over a long term
(with added touches all coin workers have in their skill set) - will bump your set up to where we
should be.
A fine tutorial in the vanishing art of Prestidigitation with but a single coin!
On my repetitive personal tutorial list.
Excellent routine and and teaching by a master coin magician! What an unbelievable value for such a
low price! Anyone interestested in coin work would be foolish to pass up on this one!
Im a big fan of Kainoa after reading his Coins on Edge book. Bought SOLO and his Penguin live
lecture too. Some of the moves here are familiar if you bought SOLO and the penguinlive lecture.
BUT, he mentions a couple of tips not talked about in the his previous works. You'll also learn a
few new moves too.
Definitely not something for the complete beginner, for sure. But if you
have a good base of the basic palms and vanishes, this will not bust your knuckles. As with
everything, smoothness comes with practice. And if you put time to practice this beautiful routine,
you will WOW the pants off of your spectators.
Amazing work by Kainoa, as always.
This is some good mordern coin moves. I feel like it's something new to coin magic in many ways. I
just finished doing an initial practice of the moves and its doable/not hard to do. I'm glad that I
now have a computer and im able to have cought this Video Download. And the little angle sensitive
Bobo holdout at the end of the full routine is sort of Meh. Overall, the stuff is easy and new with
good methods. This one coin routine is Recommended.
