I think this is a great idea although I wish it was softer so that when you drop the cherry in the
cup, it doesn't make a sound like your dropping a coin in the cup. The sound doesn't mimic a real
cherry but much more like dropping a piece of metal inside the cup. If the cherries were softer, it
would've been much more awesome. Much respect to the creator.

Why these were not made of rubber like the peas to the shell game I’ll never know. They look awful.
If you’re tying to pass these off as real cherries just don’t.
Also they are pretty much
useless because of you have a nice chop cup that uses balls with magnets in them and no magnets in
the cup these won’t work. It’s a piece of metal in the cherry so you need a magnet in the cup. Ugh.

As mentioned in prior reviews, these cherries are quite hard. I doubt that they would stand up well
to consistent use in a chop cup routine. The magnet in the gimmicked cherry is located near the
bottom of the cherry and not in the center. This means that you have to be careful in loading the
cherry to ensure that cherry is properly oriented otherwise it will not stick to the chop cup. In
addition, the plastic stem in the cherries can get in the way, unless you are very careful. In all,
I cannot recommend this for a chop cup routine. If you want a magnetic cherry for some other
production and plan to use a magnetic holdout, well then, this could serve but you might be better
off making your own.
