the so-called lessons 1 and 2 are not really 'lessons'. It is more philosophical discussions of magic and this may be valuable to some. I would suggest a different name for the download.

Why Complain if it was given to you for Free?

In case you are unaware, This is precisely the information that Harlan Tarbell chose to open Volume 1. Shawn and I are discussing LESSONS 1 & 2 from Volume 1. These first two lessons do not contain any tricks. However, I did not want to leave them out, so I convinced the fine people here at Penguin to include them FOR FREE. I will be teaching ALL of the LESSONS from all of the volumes. Sorry for any misunderstanding.

The term Lesson is taken from the course itself and is exactly the info the Dr. Tarbell gave for lessons 1 & 2. I suspect that is why these lessons were given for free... an introduction to the trick lessons. Since these were not the only lessons dealing with the performance of magic and making magicians, I suspect there will be other lessons included in this series that will not be trick specific. I've had the books for years and found this to be a great addition to them!
