I ordered my Five magic tricks on 11/17/11. I live in Florida and received all 5 of my items all the way from California in 4 days. I couldn't be happier with this deal all of the products that I ordered would have cost me over $250 bucks and I got it for $99. you can't beat that. I love the fact that you get a link to watch your order being packed up and shipped out by the people at Penguin. What a great idea.

Having a sale on old uninteresting items is usually the way businesses operate - Not Penguin! The items for sale here are all first rate. I have bought the "Five Penguin Title" special before and I will buy it again. There is no better way to pad your magic collection out than this! Buy now!

This is a great deal, I brought a lot of these DVDs before this offer came about and spent a lot more than $100 on Penguin titles. But this isn't only a very decent price, the variety and quality of the DVDs is fantastic!!!

Among the many titles in this offer are some of the very best Magic tuition DVDs I've come across in my ten years of spending thousands of dollars on magic effects and DVDs!

I chose some really good effects with this offer: 1. Gazzo's tossed out deck (including deck); 2. pip streak (with gaffed cards); 3. Invisible (including gimmick); 4. stealth (including pens); 5. Jermay's extraordinary exhibition... (including gimmick).
I now almost always buy props and tricks whose secrets I already know. I used to purchase based on the description but I stopped doing that. To me it doesn't really make sense to purchase something without knowing how it works. With this "choose five" I got some amazing props and also the invaluable presentations and ideas of Gazzo (one of my all time favorites) and G. Wilson. I also had the other props with some interesting new ideas on how to use them. I am honest, I guessed the principle beneath Jermay's third eye so I knew pretty well what I was going for, I got from that dvd some new interesting applications for the gimmick which I didn't already own.
If you know what to choose I think "choose five" can be a great deal.
Good job Penguin for including in the offer some really good stuff.

The choose 5 for $99 is a great value, and I have used it many times in the past. But they haven't really updated the selections in a very long time. And as of this review on November 23 2021, the most recent review was in 2015. If the selections were updated, I think a lot more of us would actually use this option.

I've bought the choose five 3 times it's an easy way of getting your hands on more magic for less money you do need to revue what you want and what tricks would suit you but when you do get you 5 choices you will be happy I would recommend buying your tricks this way and do check the comments at the bottom of each trick you're gonna buy.
