For years, magicians all around the world has released their own marked deck. But this one has advantages other don't. Jordan Victoria's My Power Deck will be your new everyday carry deck and we tell you why:

1. The price

Most of the marked decks are very expensive. That's why magicians only use them for special occasion and do not use their marked decks for classic effects such as the ambitious card routine, sandwich effects, etc...

No more switch to change your marked deck for your regular deck. Your marked deck can now be used for signed cards, folded cards, torned cards. This deck is very affordable.

2. The direct reading.

You will not have to decipher a code or calculate anything. The reading is as simple as "I look, I know."

The size of the mark has also been designed to be large enough to be easily read but small enough to blend into the deck's design. The marking can easily be seen at 1.5 meters.

3. The location's marking

Nowadays, people are becoming aware that marked decks exist... That's why this deck is marked in a place that people can't see if they riffle through the deck. And its reading will be even simpler!

4. The asymmetry.

Probably the most important point of this deck. This asymmetry will allow effects that were previously too complicated to achieve.

Some decks are marked and have an asymmetry. But this one if different. The mark itself creates the asymmetry. So you only have to focus on the mark and don't look at two places to know which card has been rotated and the value of the card.

Thid might be worth using for a person who has extremely good eyesight, but if you have ANY kind of visual problem, it's not going to work for you. Not only are the markings difficult to read, they are only on one edge of the cards, so if you spread them in the wrong direction, or the deck is turned in the wrong direvtion you may have to do some gymnastics to decipher the markings.

The most outrageous claim, though, is that the cards are inexpensive enough that you can dispose of them the same way you would an ordinary deck of Bikes.

There are better marking methods than this. Trust me.

I love this Report this review

I had my doubts, as I do with all marked decks, but I absolutely love this. It could be because one of my favorite tricks to perform is Paul Wilson’s C3 (I always use a marked deck with it), but getting that peek, or looking at the mark was always a pressure cooker situation, as you had to look fast and accurately.

With this deck, I don’t need to look at all! Well, not when the pressure is on, at least. I can have the spec shuffle the deck, remove a card, place it back in the deck, RESHUFFLE the cards, all while I look away. I am handling the cards, however. That’s key.

But the deck can be shuffled by the spec before and after the card is chosen and replaced.

I can still find their card at a glance and carry on with the performance. No pressure. No heat. No stress, just pure performance.

I absolutely love this.

One-sided markings questionably useful Report this review

The one-sided markings, for me, render the deck less useful. If the idea was to provide a one-way feature, then this could have been accomplished by putting the markings on both sides of the card, and an additional mark of some kind on only one side of the card. The markings themselves are good, and I like the center-back placement.
