The prop looks decent but there are no instructions at all. No instructions means this one goes
straight into drawer to collect dust.
One of the diamonds fell out while opening the
package, No instructions. No information as to where to find an instructional video. Just the sticks

The rods are fine but apparently no instructions are included with this trick. When I asked about
this I was sent a very poor photocopy of the instructions and when I asked WHY I could not have an
original copy (twice) no one ever replied. Buyer beware!!!

Bouth the Uday Jumping Gems (aka Diamond Tip). It came with a fairly nice red case, but the paddles
themselves were a disappointment. The jewels were not placed evenly--they are out of line. There are
little chips from the plastic around the jewels. The edges of the paddles are not polished and are
just the rough texture of the saw used to form the bars.
To top it off, two of the gems
fell out after some practice. I was able to glue them back properly, but what if they had fallen off
in performance?
I used to have a set from many years ago that was very good quality, but
lost them some time back.
I'll keep the Uday ones for practice and probably just make up
my own set.

I have been doing the Jumping Gems since I was a teenager. You'd be surprised how many people have
not seen this. The gems on the paddles are mediocre but they get the point across. I think I may
invest in metal paddles as it looks more professional and less like they just came out of a
children's magic kit. Now for the bad - which automatically loses a star on the rating. The
instructions are pure garbage. Find a decent tutorial on YouTube to get IDEAS for your own routine.
The instructions that came with the paddles was a disaster. Obviously written by someone who was
not a native English speaker. You might want to leave this to a children's performance. Fun, but
definitely not "pro" apparatus quality.

This is one of my favorite paddle eddects. The two sticks, working in tandem, really make the magic.
Shipping was much faster than expected. Pwrhaps a better patter could have been included
but as this was a replacement for a set I'd lost, i already have my own routine.
THIS HAS BEEN AROUND FOR A VERY LONG TIME. I'VE BEEN DOING IT FOR ABOUT 30 YEARS. THERE IS A
DIFFERENT ONE OF THESE STICKS, THE ORIGNIAL. I LOST THIS ONE, SO I REORDERED. ALMOST ANYONE CAN DO
IT. I DO MUCH HARDER TRICKS BUT MY BEST FRIEND WAS FLOORED BY IT. CALLED HIS BOSS OVER SO HE COULD
SEE IT. FOR THE MONEY IT'S A NO BRAINER. MAKE SURE YOU ORDER BOTH SETS RIGHT HERE AT PENGUIN MAJIC.
This is an okay pocket trick and can be fun to perform if proper patter was developed. The video
shows mechanics, but not performance. The trick doesn't come with directions. (Video is best for
learning the trick)
This is probably best for someone that owns a magic store and is
looking to sell easy tricks to kids. In fact, I'd love to see that video. Anyone work in a magic
store that owns this who would like to share an actual routine?
Ok,
first off the music is way to loud in the video demo.
Second his English is not the
greatest. So basically need a better video.
With that said, the trick is pretty cool once
you learn the move. I give this trick a thumbs up and the video guy the thumbs down.
