I only used these balloons, and I didn't realize how good they were until I worked with another
balloon artist at a middle school a while back, and she was using a pack she got from party city. I
tried working with them, and whenever I tried doing something too complex, they would pop.
My
only complaint is- it is near impossible to tell green, blue, black, and purple apart before you
blow them up. Other than these are great quality.

You really can't compare these balloons to anything else on the market; just pulling them outta the
bag will prove to you that they are better than any others out there. These don't pop easily, they
are powdered on the inside to keep the friction aspect from being a huge problem and these balloons
are easily malleable like all good balloons should.
Back when I did heavy balloon
sculpture, these were the balloons that not only stood practice, but also stood the test of
performance... these are great balloons which you can easily see the quality when they are in your
own hands. Pick some of these up.

I picked up some of these at the same time I picked up the Balloon School DVD offered here. I've
used a number of brands of balloons but I found these to be the best, most durable ones. The
balloons can withstand a lot of twisting, bending, and turning. All in all a good product. When I
ordered them from penguin they come in the traditional colors like red, white, blue, yellow, green,
purple.
I use them pretty much in almost every birthday party and festival I work.

The Qualatex brand of balloons is the standard brand that nearly all balloon professionals balloon
use. The 260 means 2" wide and 60" long (2"x60"). This is the standard size to use for balloon
sculptures. There are 100 balloons in this bag in various colors. This pack is also called the
Qualatex Basic Assorted Colors pack.
Joe Montella mentioned in his DVD that Qualatex also
makes a Entertainers' Assorted Colors pack and a Neon Assorted Colors pack. These two other packs
have different colors than the basic assorted pack.
This basic assortment of colors is all
that you really need but maybe if there is enough demand, Penguin Magic will carry these other two
balloon assortment packs. Hint, hint Penguin Magic!
I was at first concern about the
quality of these balloon because balloons are made out of latex, can have pinholes in them and can
burst easily because of quality control issues but I had no problems with any of my Qualatex
balloons.
Betallic (Sempertex) is the other brand of balloons that some people use for
balloon sculptures but you will find that nearly all balloon professionals use Qualatex balloons.
I did some research and found out that Qualatex will stand behind their product and will
replace your balloons if you have a quality problem with any of their balloons contact them.
Make sure that you buy the Balloon School with Joe Montella DVD and the Qualatex Single Action
Hand Pump that Joe Montella recommends. You will need both to get started. Joe's DVD is one of my
best purchases.

Best balloons I've ever used...EVER!!! You won't be disappointed! Most VIVID colors I've seen.
I always carry balloons in my pocket. The 260 Q balloons from Penguin magic have been reliable time
after time. They are great to get children's attention (and the occasional bartender). I want to
thank Paul Richards for steering me to Penguin Magic as my supplier. Have a magical day!
best quality balloons I have been able to find . I am a metal worker and even with my dry rough
hands I can finally make balloon animals again
These Balloons are great. They are very durable. If you do balloon sculptures or animals please get
these.
