"It's A Match" is a clever, simple-to-perform bit of mentalism that would work best if part of a
larger routine. Since the effect is so direct and frankly pretty quick to perform, it could lend
itself as part of a three-part routine. It could easily be incorporated into a one-ahead,
vacation-themed routine for instance.
As a one-off effect, it might appear to an audience
as much ado about not much, hence the loss of one star, but don't let that discourage you from
ordering it. I'm glad I did and will certainly work it into a close-up or parlor presentation.
The props are very well made and the handling explained in the short DVD is very easy to follow.
Only one, simple sleight is used and it is not necessary to actually execute it if you don't want
to, but it will enhance the overall presentation.
Good value, great props, easy-to-follow
instructions.

So it uses a principle which has been used in other avenues. I have several Jay sankey DVDs in which
similar secret but in a different context. It's good for a small group of people. Like 2-5 or so.
Something you wouldn't do one on 1. I combine this with inferno with joshua Jay . It has a great
routine. It will last you. Good teaching as well. I'm glad that it's combined with 5 for $99. I like
this effect. Not easy to carry with me. But when I do magic for small groups, especially at a hotel
it works.

Great parlour magic. Worth it for the props alone. Needs some audience management or another gimmick
so it lost a star but it gets good reactions if you add the right patter.

Everything is High Quality, from the Effect, Routining and the Props! You can play this routine as
minimalistic or "organic" that you can use on the street, all the way up to a "Black Tie" Event with
the matchbooks in a beautiful lead crystal bowl. And it plays as BIG or SMALL as you want it to!
Everyone props are normal everyday looking items, and the method, subtleties and tips are
superb.
Save this Routine for a special show or to get gigs.
This is NOT a Table Hopper or a
Strolling effect.
But if you Have it in your Case, you have a weapon for a special
circumstance...You'll know when to use it!
High Recommended!

Loved this effect, very simple method and possibly easy to do right after opening. I would suggest
working on presentation with this one and you're guaranteed to entertain your audience. I plan to
use this often in my stage shows.

This is a pretty easy to do trick and virtually self working. You do need to do some set up, but
different quick options are explained. It's basically what you see in the video so if it's
something you're interested in I'd get it because it is deceiving and easy to do. Not a knock your
socks off routine, but as part of a larger set well worth it.

I just love the simplicity of the method. You can really focus on your performance/patter.
I feel the props used are timeless and simple. This is the type of effect that you can do almost
anywhere.
