The trick is great, but the purchase price should include the accessories or at least mention that
they are needed. The extra shipping and handling for a new order is unwarranted.

Dean Dill’s handling and presentation definitely wasn’t the greatest and I had most of this routine
figured out before downloading. BUT, I have managed to make this piece an absolute miracle with my
own handling. This is a very classy and elegant and CLEAN piece of coin magic, which will be part of
my repertoire for the rest of my life. This download is by far, the greatest value on all of Penguin
Magic and I highly recommend it! To the person, who said this download should have included the
shell and a silk for $4.00: Are you kidding me??? Should he have included the glass, too??? And, the
fact that this piece requires a shell couldn’t be more obvious. So, that went without saying…
Dean Dill's "Coins, Silk, and Glass" is one of the best table top coin routines I've ever seen. From
his unique handling for advancing the shell and palming a coin (a move he created), to his clever
vanish of the last coin, it's a flawless and beautiful routine. Visual magic at its best!
Excellent routine. Teaches coin slights that are useful in other coin magic, such as coins and
cylinder found in Doug Brewer' DVD "Red Light".
All taught very well, and clearly, by Dean
Dill.
I am picky for 3 things in handeling:
- inconsistant: 2 out of 4 coins need to cover with
silk
--- it is indeed fishy (you are hiding something, people
would thing)
- the
stacking of 4 coins & 3 coins won't work with Dean's
way on wooden or glass top table --- have
to stack them
with hands, just like his stacking the 2 coins (but with
2 coins in the
glass, the space is enough to not stack
them, so it is another fishy)
- the palming change
on right hand should be improved (or
(or it'll become the 3rd fishy)
- no need to ask
spectator pick a spot for the 4th coin
- the idea is indeed 5-star
- but the handling on right hand is only 3, because the
palming change is "clearly seenable"
I think some movements were trying too hard to be
perfect
such as:
- I would just pick up the silk with right hand and then
drop the 1st
coin in the air instead of.....
- there is no need asking spectator to assign the spot for
the 4th coin --- because Dean ended up moving it back to
the original place anyway.
WOW! This truly is a worker... and a visually beautiful miracle! I wish I could keep this to
myself... Bottom line!

This is a great trick especially the kicker ending and I would highly recommend it to anyone who
likes coin magic.
