Problem with Watch & Wear watch

I know this is discontinued, but I have one from years ago. I replaced the battery but it does not work properly. I'm sure I can fix it myself with a little advice.
Do you know of anyone who might be familiar with its design? Bazar de Magia says they cannot help.
