quartet replacements

I purchased Quartet which is really amazing and also I purchase your elastic thread. my question is making two new cards. is he ones I received specially printed up or have they split a card and glued it on top of another card. The Quartet card seems very tin so not sure how to reproduce it. if it breaks while performing, I would love to have a backup rather than spend $40 for another one.
