SwitchBox

How does SwitchBox by Michael Chatelain compare to Retrieve by Smagic?? The reviews of Retrieve are not very good and someone suggested SwitchBox. Can the same tricks be done? Retrieve uses a "pen" tapping the box and a clear switch is done. SwitchBox looks like the switch is palmed and placed on the box.
