I really want to like this as I personally like Luke but this is a terrible production. Why does it need that noisy background music and very poor lighting?

Thanks Mark for warning us about the sound. I struggle to hear and concentrate when they add those music tracks over the voice and really lose out sometimes when a video has poor sound - I just have to write it off as a loss. So thanks Mark, you've saved me from that annoyance this time!
