Magic Tricks

The gimmick (deck) is well done and also quite clever. Easy to use with any experience at all.
Now for the bad....Although the gimmick is easy to figure out the use of the online instructions have been removed!
Valuable teachings on handling tips, preparing the gimmick, performance tips...you know the important stuff.
Contacted Penguin, they quickly passed this on to Rostami Magic....Still no correction or any solutions. G. Rostami has not responded to messages from here either. Quality is important but basic customer service is a must.
This is my first ever less than positive review on any magic purchase but the poor service from the manufacturer has been a deal breaker for now and in the future.
Great idea but the failure to support this product is unacceptable.
