Hello Everyone,
I just can't give Matt a 1 star review because I respect his works so much
and I noticed that there were no 2 star reviews yet. I'm not going to blame Penguin Magic or Matt
Mello for my purchase. Any Magician that has ever held a deck of cars knows exactly what was going
on here. Heck, I could have made the deck because we all have what it takes in our arsenal of
gimmick making goodies. I bought this trick to get Matt's instructions, PERIOD. Oh and because I can
be lazy and I will pay to get something that I could have done myself.
The one thing I
don't like is a video and that has ANY kind of editing. I truly believe that if the presentation can
not withhold a true full viewing of it, it's not going to hold up in the real world either. This is
the only problem that I have ever had with Penguin, is that they will let these misleading videos
slip by for the mighty dollar. Sorry Penguin, I love you guys, but I do shoot from the hip and call
it the way I see it.
Having said all of that.... THIS IS NOT THE CASE HERE. I love the
presentation video and what Matt does is the same you will do. No fancy editing that misleads the
buyer.
However, I have tried this trick and everyone "GETS IT" right off the bat. There
seems to be no way around it. I read one person's review that said he could fix the problem with
some more use. That was what I was hoping to do. But then YOU can't predict the colors. Darn.
This trick is going on the top self and I will probably never use it in my shows unless I am in
a very loud bar with a lot of drunk frats, and them I think I MAY have a chance. Of course the loud
bar does eliminate part of your show with the deck.
Sorry Matt, I love your work. This
one is not for me. Maybe if they give a discount OR FREE version of Touch Tone 2, should that ever
be released, because there is "No Secret Here." LOL
